A well-balanced fitness plan has four main areas of focus…

  1. We must understand how to nourish our bodies so that we operate with the most of our most precious resource, ENERGY!

  2. Then we need to move our bodies in the right ways and with the right program. It’s a process and knowing how to approach this in a processive manner is key.

  3. The third area is the kicker for most. STRESS management and recovery. Most of us are really good and running on empty. Until we are empty and then we can crash and stress can take over wreaking havoc on our health. annnnnnd…the most important area…

  4. Because we can talk about a plan all day long. We can write down our goals or make the same New Years resolution year after year. Or we can learn how to make things stick.

We do that by understanding how to integrate all of these concepts into our super busy lives. That is the fourth area of focus. How do you integrate an action plan? That’s where I come in :)
